[ale] exfat file system

I think that you can also reformat the card with FAT32 and the camera will
still read it.

I have belatedly discovered that my new camera formats storage cards in
exfat -- apparently a proprietary Microsoft file format..  No wonder I can
not get to the pix on the camera.
Is there a workaround?
Can a Mac read this?
