[ale] #GASB315 Senate Hearings Start in a Few Minutes

The Senate passed SB315 41 for 11 against.  An amendment to restrict
criminal liability to "malicious" activity failed.  The next step is to
move on to House committee.  I do not yet know when that meeting will be.
