[ale] Replacing shared host?

I want to like vultr. I use them for my personal blog, but something
about how they've treated me just sets off warning buzzers. Several
years ago I thought about moving all my business interests to Vultr, but
then Digital Ocean lowered their prices (or more accurately, raised
their resource tiers to match Vultr's pricing), and I decided to stay.

Linode, someone mentioned, only offers a 99.9% SLA which is not enough
for business.
