[ale] 143 million social security numbers stolen from Equifax

They are offering a check from a domain that isn't their actual domain,
not registered under their own name and contact information, which asks
for your last name and last six digits of your social security number.
Of course they were hacked because they're idiots.

Just freeze your credit entirely, it's safer that way.
