[ale] 2017 InstallFest Call for Volunteers

Count me in.  With the storm anticipated to roll through this weekend,
unless I can get out to do yard work this week, I'll need to take care
of that before I get to have fun on the 16th.  Let's say afternoon for
me but I'll try to get there earlier if I can.
