[ale] Let's Encrypt to issue wildcard certs next year

I know people have mixed feelings on LE, but I really appreciate the 
service they provide, despite it being abused by some bad actors.  They 
had good reasons for not issuing wildcard certs up til now, but I guess 
the public pressure was just too much.  That or they've determined a 
better way to deal with jerks who abuse the system.

Either way, this is news!
