[ale] OT - Mac printing

That reminds me.   This past week my neighbor bought a new HP 3755 printer while I was on vacation.

She apparently spent quite a bit of time on the phone with HP, even giving them remote access, trying to get the printer to work wirelessly with her MacBook with no luck.   Over the weekend she asked me to look into it.   On going to the printer setup on the Mac I saw right away it had the right printer NAME but used the KIND as "Epson..." which was her previous printer.   I deleted the printer and re-added as it discovered it with the right printer NAME and the KIND as HP 3700 series to quickly resolve the issue.

This kind of obvious issue often makes me think first level support at most major corporations is hired by driving around looking for "Will work for food" signs.

Can you print to the printer via Mac and/or Windows?  (Just to ensure it's not a Linux-only issue)
