[ale] [OT] Effective, non-ripoff, cheaper-than-Comcast/AT&T Internet for apartment

Seems like rates in the range of 10-15 $/GB are not uncommon for cellular
providers. In today's era of JS and video bloated internet pages 1GB could
be burnt for a day on youtube.

Yes you got fast 4G speed but youtube would smell that and switch on HD
videos
.
