[ale] Debian/Ubuntu/Mint install

I haven't used cd boot for a while. Almost since distributions got too big
to fit on CD. Create USB bootable. Maybe there is magic key to select boot
device at laptop boot. In my experience is something between F9-F12 range
depends on the model. Check your documentation.
