[ale] ALE-NE

[DJ-Pfulio]

Please include Joe Grey of GGC too in these discussions.  GGC and GTCC
are about 3 miles apart.  They are interested in having a LUG.  I'll
send contact info off-list.

But wanted everyone to know about it.
