I can help arrange for a channel op.  In my IRC room on freenode, there 
hangs out a Freenode admin.  I can probably, based off of our 
relationship, get channel ops transfered to who ever wants it.

Let me know a nic or two, be logged into #ale, and I will see if I can 
get it done.
