[ale] I'm totally stumped with an ssl connection error

I heard from a friend, it's not working yet.

I put a couple of files on the system.
I cat'ed all the config files together with
cat conf-enabled/*.conf sites-enabled/*.conf apache2.conf ports.conf 
 >/tmp/apacheall.conf
and moved it to in http://arrl-ga.org/apacheall.conf

I cat'ed all the sites-enabled/*.conf
and it's in http://arrl-ga.org/apache.conf
