[ale] Presentation streaming options

Not for end-users.  We'd use the free service for meetings.

There's an optional firefox addon for it. For Chrome, it is **not**
optional. I refuse to run Chrome, so I hope it works in chromium.

I hadn't considered running our own screen/meeting/voice server.
I just tried it on a physical machine (chroot Ubuntu) and couldn't
create a room for a quick meeting.
