[ale] Comcast IPv6

I was under the impression that Comcast had pretty much rolled out IPv6
across its network.  Just need to make sure you have a modem/router capable
of supporting it.

BTW, you can get 1024 /64 subnets within a /54.  That's still a lot of IP
space and networks.
