There's a few around Lake Lanier in the Buford Dam park; Buford Dam 
trail is the shortest (1mi) but probably the most interesting.  There's 
also the Little Ridge trail (>1mi) and the Laurel Ridge trail (<4mi).

There's also a quite a few few around the Chattahoochee river.  Vickery 
Creek trail in particular is gorgeous.  Here's a short list:
