[ale] [OT] So, how's the job market down there?

Jerald,

I am getting 5-10 real recruiter contacts a week, and probably 30+
elsewhere location automated recruiter spam. Anyone have an opinion of the
OxfordCorp.com recruiters? Some of them talk a good game, but they have
never done me much good.
I am currently looking for Director of CyberSecurity (That is the buzzword
for that area) Security or Compliance positions, but the reason why I
mention it is the number of recruiters that are hitting since I updated my
web-board resumes 6 weeks ago.
