Hi Raj,

Sorry, but I don't think that combination is supported in autofs.  The
root of an NFS automount unit (your auto.trans) cannot have other
content (your fstab mount).  I tried a similar setup some time ago for
my home's media systems and failed.  I ended up soft-linking from the
fixed mount to the auto mounts.
