I'm learning to improve my life with "The Primal Connection" by Mark 
Sisson. My life demonstrates the negative consequences of choosing 
trivial data and stress over quality people time. Electronic stimuli 
like e-mail, Facebook, television, Coursera, and Twitter craft the human 
brain like any other drug addiction.

We will do much better with much less.
