not sure what is going on.... facebook ( ok, I know..) isn't doing
everything right.. sometimes it just sits there & spins, sometimes
photos never show up. a NON-facebook issue is when I open a new tab in
facebook with a video, sometimes I get a black ( NOT BLANK) screen that
never does anything, or if I let it sit there for a few minutes it might
finally show the video picture, then it won't play, or it plays 2-3
seconds & stops like it has run out of the video cache.. I am thinking I
have an HTTPS issue, because this doesn't happen on normal HTTP pages..
I changed my MTU to 1492 long ago. here is my "ip a"

I thought I turned off IPv6, but it doesn't look like I did.. should I??
