[ale] need an ALE banner!

I am tweaking the banner image on the meetup (new site from GA400) and
need a banner 960px X 150px. The boat2.png from the ale.org banner is
just too small but should be part of the banner. Or not. Maybe a new
image entirely?

Anyone with some time and gimp-fu to create a new banner image? 

Email to me directly and I'll slap them onto the ale.org blog for
feedback.
