[ale] PATA to SATA adapters?

Paul Cartwright mentioned a similar one.  Have you used this type with
success?

I'm not looking for continual access, so slow USB 2.0 is fine - once I've
imaged the drive, it goes in the Replay and is running on an IDE controller
directly.
