Nothing special.  When I subscribed to Uverse I said I wanted a static
IP.  They said "Sure, no problem.  We have a pack of 8 for $15 per
month."  So I have five usable static IPs.  It's a standard package
listed in their offerings but I think it only shows up after certain
tiers of service.  I have MaxTurbo, I don't know how far down the tiers
you can go before it disappears (if at all).

I don't have U-verse TV, however, only network and phone.
