You can get a single port kvm over IP box ($ouch$) and connect that to a
multi port kvm switch that supports hot key switching. Now add a pxe boot
server with the default choice being "local boot" and a time out of 30
seconds to choose another install option. Now set every system to always
pxe boot as first option.

With centos/fedora/opensuse you have kickstart option that can be used to
auto reinstall and set all local settings and/or pull from a
chef/puppet/ansible configuration engine.
