[ale] Wireless and multiple networks

I do at least the bandwidth limiting portion using the Toastman build[1] of
TomatoUSB[2] on a Linksys E3000[3]. Actually, I have three wireless
networks: one for myself that is full bandwidth, one for guests that is
around half bandwidth, and one for devices that is severely restricted
(like Kb/s restricted [yes, small b]).
