[ale] Need to recover deleted files from a netgear readynas

Depending on the current state of the disk (can you mount it?) I would 
start with a program called photorec. I've been able to recover pictures 
from camera SD cards that were accidentally wiped with fairly consistent 
results using just that one program.

If the DIY approach doesn't work and you need some real forensics to 
pull the data from the drives I can recommend Scott Mouton's company at 
http://myharddrivedied.com. He's local here in Atlanta and a good, 
honest, guy who knows his stuff. I don't know what his services cost, 
though.
