If it's a big beige model (older) or a big black model (8-1/2" x 10"),
it's probably a Cisco and you can't.  You can get them to replace it
with a better Motorolla unit but expect some hassle in the process.
First line support can not even speel IPv6 and you have to escalate it
to second tier support and convince them.
