I pay $45/month, no contract through staight talk.  As far as I know, 
EVERYBODY is going the pay as you go plan, as far as carriers go.  I can 
walk If I don't like the service and keep the same phone.  Right now I 
use a Nexus 4.  I don't see why I would not be able to use a 1+1.
