[ale] SMTP Smart Host service

Does anyone use a SMTP smart host service for sending email?  I've 
looked into these before and to minimize complaints that "XXX is not 
getting my mails" I'm thinking of doing this again.

This service is one where you pay $x/mon for them to send out your 
mail.  They deal with blacklisting, etc so you do not have to.
