During the last InstallFest, we were able to install on about 10 EFI systems.
One of them, we couldn't figure out how to change the boot order, so settled
for a virtual machine install. Oh - and for Aaron - I did suggest wiping that
OTHER OS completely to make things work. He didn't go for it.

So - I can not offer to help with an install on Thursday night - our program
is fairly full, but there is another group that meets every Sunday afternoon
which is perfect for installation help. Almost every Sunday, we help someone
get Linux running. http://www.meetup.com/GA-400-Linux-Group/ Bring everything
necessary and we will help. Power and wifi are available. Come at the
beginning of the meeting to get the most help. Brian is fantastic at
installations and I'll offer snide comments from the peanut gallery - a form
of support. ;)

If you want to run an Ubuntu variant - https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEFI
has some great resources and fairly clear instructions ... well, they were
clear to me, but I don't have anything with UEFI.
