[ale] CentOS 7 and NVIDIA

SOLVED!

The kmod-devel package needed to be installed so the NVIDIA binary blob
mess could be compiled for the kernel.

I also installed several of the F19 rpms related to akmod in the testing
process and they installed with no errors. Nice to know the overlap is
there.
