[ale] OT: FCC and ISP

But how do you GET to your ISP of choice?  Right now I have only two 
choices: AT&T and Comcast.  I would think you only have a choice of ISPs 
if you are still using DSL. With DSL today's webpages would take FOREVER 
to load.
