And you'll be contributing to his legal fund?
God knows this is BS but fighting corporate America in the courts is usually a good way to end up with a career fighting them rather than getting to a resolution. Corporations live a lot longer than we mere mortals and both the money and lawyers to drag things out for a long time. As I noted before he COULD try to convince a layer this is a good basis for a class action that will net the lawyer big money but failing that it will be HIS time and HIS money. Suddenly getting subpoenas asking for all his hard drives would surely be a bigger inconvenience than moving to another provider.
Unlike you I doubt the racism angle - this is just corporate drones enforcing corporate policies that don't take customers into account. The one corporate policy to his advantage is AFTER he leaves them then the customer retention folks will get involved and might actually try to solve the problem for him to get him back.

Hey Narahari!
Wish I didn't have to point this out, but I think there is a very strong possibility you are being singled out for this unfounded, zero evidence corporate terrorism because of your Asian sir name.
The last thing you should be doing is cowering or capitulating or running away to another provider. It leaves the door open for the frauds to throw lies in your face again.
You SHOULD be screaming RACISM and demanding to see any evidence supporting their fabricated allegations.
You SHOULD be threatening to sue these terrorist thugs for blatantly attacking your civil liberties and right to due process just on principle, and all the more so if your livelyhood is being restricted or threatened by their actions.
You SHOULD be standing your ground against the threats of the corporapist oligarchy and fighting back with every resource at your disposal.
in peace, after justice,
aaron
