[ale] OT security monitoring for DIY systems

I'm considering using a monitoring service in lieu of self-monitoring via
txt, sms.   If I have an event while in an area with no network or phone
service, I'm fucked.

Anyone use a monitoring provider who is DIY friendly (with rates to match)?
