[ale] for those who like numbers

I think parts of Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, S. Korea
and Hong Kong are included in that subnet.  However, the Chinese parts .... DROP.
At least according to the geo DB I'm using.

I do specifically drop 222.184.0.0/10, however, along with 6500 other subnets.
