I'd just look at the deltas in my backups for THAT answer. It is 1 command to
see the diff for every day.
# rdiff-backup --list-increment-sizes romulus
Time Size Cumulative size

Basically nothing (12MB/day) on that system. Yes, we have 60 days of backups
available for the cost of about 1.6GB over the sources.
