[ale] archiving backups

From the year, I bet those were from MKS Toolkit. That software was the only thing that made my life bearable when I had to work on DOS/Windows before Cygwin!

When I used those programs I had no clue where they came from. I just 
thought there were 
better versions of DOS commands. :)
