[ale] OT: Comcast Wi-Fi

I have seen three wifi networks like this just spring up the last couple of
days in my neighbor hood. I don't think my modem has this capability, but I
could be wrong. I know Comcast has been trying to schedule some time to
come out and upgrade my equipment for a cheaper cost. I turned them down.
