[ale] OT: Comcast Wi-Fi

That the comcast wireless anywhere thing. It supposedly (and most likely)
does NOT use or count against your paid for bandwidth. It's "open access"
but actually requires an active comcast account and a login then their
network with use all the available devices as a mesh-wifi network.

The only way to turn it off is to not use their provided, rental, IAD or
cover the antenna with grounded metal foil.
