If written in C, you just have the $X MB binary to worry about, and 
because it's native ELF, 25 instances can be run---with all instances 
sharing the same .text sections (.text == "binary code") in memory.

You'd be amazed what you can do with only 4 MB of userspace RAM 
available and no swap.  :-D
