Exellent though I would add a formal fifth freedom (-1)

-1 Users have the right to a full copy of the human readable source
code. This precondition is implied but I would prefer to state it
explicitly.

The Rest as Ed stated.
0 The freedom to run the program, for any purpose
1 The freedom to study how the program works, and change it so it does
your computing as you wish.
2 The freedom to redistribute copies so you can help your neighbor.
3 The freedom to distribute copies of your modified versions to
others.
