[ale] how do I get graphical remote access to my linux machine

Nomachine uses local linux users. The pay product may have more admin capabilities, though.
I've never tried freeNX.

Hi James,

As far as I understand it, apache is needed for the use of NoMachine's 
gui user admin system for nxserver for adding users, etc.  There is also 
a terminal based configuration system.  Once the users are added and the 
server is active, I don't think apache is needed then.

(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
