[ale] SATA PCI card or external USB enclosures?

I don't have any experience with PCI cards for this. For enclosures, I
like the Vantec brand. Quality seems to be good. Some of them have
fans for cooling.

(PS - If you email me and don't get a quick response, you might want to
call on the phone. I get about 300 emails per day from alternate energy
