[ale] Charter (and Comcast) providing IPv6 via 6RD Border Relay

Comcast residential is no longer offering tunneled IPv6. They've moved to native dual stack implementations.  If you have a DOCSIS 3 modem and in the Atlanta area, you likely have access to native IPv6.
