[ale] Anyone interested in SW Va?

Southwest Virginia. The WVa people are all illegals. At the start of the 
War of Northern Aggression, Virginia exercised her God given right to 
secede. Some folk felt secession was illegal and seceded. They never 
seemed bright enough to get it.  :)
