[ale] run scripts - archlinux inside virtualbox

We are moving from arch to centos here my current job.

arch has a habit of "upgrading" key components and making your box
UN-bootable.

I would HIGHLY suggest that you run the update by hand and reboot. You can
put the pacman bits in rc.local... but I warned you :)
