[ale] Google Hangout and how we recorded the ruby session

Friends:

In one of the previous meetings at ALE-NW there was an attempt to get the
Google Hnagout for the RUBY stuff.  It went pretty well.

Can any of the folks who were on that meeting, summarize what all is needed
to get the Google Hangout to get recorded and streamed thru You tube ?
