[ale] retroactive VM images?

I have a PC running XP exclusively to run WiRNS, a replacement ReplayTV
guide provider.  I'd like to switch it over to run as a VM on my Linux box,
but I don't have a full XP install disk for it.  Is there a way to image
the current real install and turn it into an .iso that I can use under a VM?
