[ale] Scientific Linux 6.3 and Intel core 5 fail installs

The exams are separate now, but to get an RHCE you must have an RHCSA and pass the RHCE endorsement.  You can take just the endorsement exam, but without an RHCSA to attach to, it doesn't compose an RHCE.  Red Hat was attempting to make things easier, or at least make people take/retake less stuff.
