[ale] VPN connections at Emory

(Obviously haven't tried since I moved to CA, so add a large grain of
salt...)
I had consistently been able to do OpenVPN and SSH over port 443. I
suspect they have 443 wide open. Not sure about other VPN technologies,
too lazy to set up IPSec when OpenVPN gets the job done.
