[ale] anybody doing android development and how?

I use phonegap and overall it is working for me for the simple apps that I sell.
I am now working with Appcelerator's Titanium for building more complex apps.
Neither of those options require Java code.
Both of those options allow building for iphone or android.
I started using webapps but quickly abandon that because my users
could not handle installing a webapp and offline webapps are not
consistently supported in Android.
